These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mila-beauty.co and purchases from Mila Beauty. Mila Beauty is operated by Scale OS LLC (“Mila Beauty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information and to keep it updated when necessary.

2. Product information

We work to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. If a material error affects an order, contact us so we can review it.

Mila Beauty is a cosmetic skincare device and website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, pricing or description errors, or restrictions on where we sell. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the refund required by applicable law.

We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent resale, fraud, or misuse of the store. Any limit will be applied consistently and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The order total, including any applicable taxes and charges, is shown before payment is submitted. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

For orders delivered to the United States, Canada, or Australia, the price and order total shown at checkout are final for your purchase from us. You will not be asked to pay additional duties, import taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees when the order is delivered. If any such charge arises, Scale OS LLC bears it.

5. Shipping

We currently sell to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Original outbound delivery is free. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for delivery. For these timelines, business days are Monday through Saturday; Sunday is not counted. Please read our Shipping Policy for the complete terms, including what happens if dispatch is delayed.

6. 100-day trial and returns

The 100-day trial lasts for 100 calendar days beginning on the delivery date. Opened and used products are eligible. The complete set—the Mila Beauty facial cleansing device and magnetic-clip USB charging cable—must be returned, and intentional damage is excluded. Return shipping under the trial is paid by the customer; this is separate from the free original outbound delivery. For an approved return, we refund the full amount actually paid for the product to the original payment method. After the returned complete set is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days. The full process is explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

The voluntary trial does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, or misdescribed products.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the website or its security, attempt unauthorized access, collect information unlawfully, or submit false or misleading information.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its original content, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, copy, and software are owned by or licensed to Mila Beauty and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other right or license is granted unless we agree in writing.

9. Reviews and customer submissions

You keep ownership of the original content you submit. If you send us a review, photo, comment, or other content for publication, you give us permission to host, reproduce, display, and share it in connection with Mila Beauty. That permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, subject to applicable law, and limited by any choices presented when you submit the content.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to give an honest review. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, infringes rights, reveals private or confidential information, is unrelated to the product or service, or is clearly false or misleading.

10. Third-party services and links

The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, to operate. The website may also link to third-party sites. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features and may correct errors or omissions. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. These rights do not allow us to avoid obligations for orders already accepted or rights protected by applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude, restrict, or modify any guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under United States, Canadian provincial or territorial, and Australian consumer law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mila Beauty and Scale OS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website where that limitation is lawful. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

14. Severability and waiver

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of that term.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted here with its updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Governing law and forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
